Come Run, Jump and Throw with us Indoors!

SPRING – (October 1, 2013) – Texas Stallions Track Club is taking registration for its 2014 youth indoor track and field season. Like the standard outdoor track and field competitions, indoor track and field is a sport made up of various running, jumping, and throwing events. However a fewer number of events are competed in an indoor stadium, typically equipped with a 200 meter oval track, 60m straightway, and space for the long, triple, and high jumps, pole vault and the shot put.

The program is open to boys and girls in grades ninth (9th) through twelfth (12th). Athletes will in compete in open events at collegiate meets. Competition begins in January 2014 and practices begin on Nov 9, 2013. All participants will receive a team uniform, program performance tee. Registration fees also include insurance, association membership, and meet entry fees. Athletes will be required to wear competition shoes. Teams will be coached by volunteer coaches.

Cost to register is $180 per youth. Late registrations received after November 7, 2013 are subject to availability and a $15 late fee.
